As we prepare to onboard new artists and users, we are also looking to generate more homegrown content representative of the LineForLine community. Below, you will find our first monthly Round Up. The “Round Up” is an update regarding all things LineForLine. While the details of the content we highlight will evolve over time, one thing is certain – we always want the artists we work with to be front and center.

 August Highlights

Vé

Vé is an artist from L.A. (“it rhymes”), and he does too. Actually Vé does more than rhyme. Vé articulates his emotions and delivers his perspective in such a way that can’t be ignored. Earlier this month we got the chance to see him live at the Lost Knight in L.A., and as the kids would say, “shit was lit”. Check out the lines of Vé’s latest songs – 2017 Thoughts & Vanilla Skies

Sterling

Sterling

We recently got our first track from Sterling, an artist originally from Tulsa, OK, who now resides in L.A. Sonically contemporary, Sterling does anything, but let the beat carry him. He is a clear example of what happens when dedicated lyricist, doesn’t rhyme above or below, but rather with a beat. Check out Sterling’s lines – Switch Up

Dudley Alexander

Dudley

Dudley Alexander is a New Jersey artist that has been rocking with us for a minute. It all started back when he uploaded his track Bullshxt. Literally the next day on our team conference call Rob, (LFL Co Founder), was singing, “I ain’t with the bullshxt”. He couldn’t help it, Dudley has a unique sound and the melody stuck. Well, now Dudley is back with another one. If you need some R&B in your life, check out the lines of Dudley’s latest track – WildNite

Mel Supreme

Mel Supreme

Mel Supreme hails from Queens, NY and as Queens natives ourselves, we can confidently say Mel reps it right. With lines chock full of content and a message that transcends music in the traditional sense, Mel really uses the mic to speak to a listener. Taino is the album, and practically every track is available on LineForLine. Check out the lines of his latest track – The Balance

Dela Forte

Dela Forte

Judging from his unusual flow, Hampton, Georgia artist, Dela Forte, may box lefty, but he does it right. With a monotone delivery, Dela Forte uses nothing more than his wordplay and unique patterns to stimulate the listener – and it works. He literally teleports you to the cosmos and the depths of the sea by tailoring his words to the melody. Go on a journey with Dela Forte’s albums Prometheus XIII CMXVII and Poseidon In Aquarum XI. Check out Dela Forte’s lines on his latest tracks – Are You Woke? & The Beginning
